Quick Screen
A 20-minute async or live call with the team lead. We check for alignment on values and ways of working — not just technical keywords.
STEP 03
Practical Task
A short, real-world task relevant to the role. We time-box it deliberately — it should not take more than 2–3 hours. We pay for lengthy assessments.
STEP 04
Decision
We move fast. Within 5 business days of your final interview, you'll have a clear answer — and honest feedback either way.
